Larger number is fasting hours 

1st week - 14-10

2nd week - 15-9

3rd week - 16-8

4th  week - 17-7

5th week -  18- 6

Beyond this is up to you to whether to do the following 

6-7th week 19-5

7-8th week - 20-4

For rest of life

This is not a diet..you can eat what ever you want in your feeding window.

Fasting window...water, perrier, pellagrino ( both unflavored), coffee and team ( no fruity teas)..green tea yes...no sugar, cream or sugar substitute.
